The short version: Footballer has no accounts and no login, and never collects your name, contact details, or payment information. Your game progress stays on your device. To understand how players use the game and to improve it, the app uses a third-party product-analytics service called Smartlook, which collects anonymized usage and interaction data — never anything that personally identifies you.

This data is not used to personally identify you. The game still has no accounts and no login, and it never sends your name, contact details, or payment information. Smartlook acts as a data processor on the developer's behalf, and this data is used only for analytics and product improvement. It is retained in line with Smartlook's standard retention periods. Your progress, saves, settings, and unlocks are stored locally on your device (using your device's local storage). This game and save data stays on your device and is not sent to us — only the anonymized analytics described above is collected by Smartlook. If you delete the app, this locally stored data is removed along with it.
The game offers optional one-time purchases (non-consumable unlocks). All purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Payment is processed by Apple, and the developer never sees or stores your payment information such as card numbers or billing details. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, you can restore your previous purchases through Apple using the in-app restore option. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
With your permission, the game may schedule local notifications on your device — for example, friendly reminders to come back and play. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device and are never sent through us or any external server. You can turn them off at any time in your device's Settings.
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children — the analytics described above is anonymized and is not used to identify any individual. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, please contact us and we will address your concerns.
